FP-Type Flash pasteurizers
Our FP Flash Pasteurizer is used in pasteurization of beer and
carbonated beverage, which can cooperate with changes of filling
capacity of fillers, and precisely control sterilization parameters
to ensure consistency of product quality.
Through the plate heat exchanger with three-sections: heat
recycling, heating and cooling, this equipment use heated products
to preheat the cool products, and heat the products to
sterilization temperature, then cool down to filling temperature
and be transferred to the buffer tank to waiting for filling. The
products are sterilized with hot water, which has less than
4temperature difference with outlet, can ensure stable product
flavor.

products, gentle treatment to the products, and uniformity of
product quality;
Heat recycling efficiency is greater than 90%, low energy
consumption of the system;
Pressure boost design ensure no cross-contamination of the product;
